The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the conveniently clean Twin Room with Extra Bed that was larger than I expected. I appreciated the options for pillows, which made for a comfortable night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions like the Kyoto Aquarium and Nishi-Hongan-ji, both just a short walk away. Having a microwave and unlimited access to tea and coffee in the common area was an added benefit. However, getting to and from the hotel required a bit of navigation, especially after dark, which made things slightly challenging.

Solo traveler’s comfortable stay
The hotel is super close to the Kyoto station, only like a 10 min walk! I loved that it had a laundry service, so washing my clothes after exploring all day was a breeze. They even have a nice coffee spot in the lobby for breakfast, perfect for a busy traveler like me.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, I’d say it's fair.

The large twin room was clean and spacious, complete with a bathtub, making it a comfortable choice for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, personally delivering our luggage after check-in, which added a special touch to our experience. However, the location requires a fair amount of walking to the station for dining options. nearby eateries were scarce, limiting convenience for meals. Also, cooking in the kitchen was tricky due to the lack of a dining table for meals, which could be inconvenient for families.
